As you know, taking advantage of the Easter holidays, we have launched a campaign to continue helping all restaurateurs and also to bring all lovers of healthy and sustainable cuisine closer in this hard time.

It is from this will precisely where the challenge to the entire community is born: the #ecocookchallenge.

We are going to raffle 5 free accesses to our sustainable online self-assessment tool for restaurants.

We want as many people as possible to participate, so the mechanics are very simple. To participate, we ask you to:

1/ Follow EcoCook on our Instagram profile

2/ Send us a sustainable recipe with a photo made with vegetable products (min 90%), and ideally local, seasonal and organic at the address info@biolia.ch.

3/ We will collect all recipes from April 15th to April 25th, both included. The draw will be random using a computer program.

In order to help a maximum number of restaurants:

  • Participation is open to everyone, whether or not you are a restaurant professional, and you can give the award to your favourite restaurant.

  • The five winners will be able to nominate 5 additional restaurants to participate in the #ecocookchallenge raffle of 5 additional EcoCook #sustainablerestaurant #evaluation and #certification online platform accesses.

  • We will dedicate a special message to each of the winners.
