Since April, EcoCook has been training an internal EcoCook auditor from the Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias to carry out the initial audits of the entire region.

From 4 to 9 July 2022, the II Training and Dissemination Workshops took place at the Foundation for the Promotion of Employment of the Ingenio Town Council. These workshops focused on the different PAFAE in cooking and catering, with the circular economy, sustainability and local products being the main themes of the presentations.

Speakers included José Sen, from K&Co restaurant, the first EcoCook certified restaurant in Spain, and Carlos Gómez, from the Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias. The following video shows a summary of the development of the training cycle.
